Estimating Co-Ordinator

We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking an Estimating Co-Ordinator. This position will be office-based in Ballymount, Dublin. Reporting to the Estimating Lead.

Responsibilities

• Document control for the Estimating & Proposals team, management of incoming transmittals and internal collaboration documents
• Ensure that estimate documentation is notified/received by the relevant people involved in the tender across internal teams.
• Manage the Tender documentation to ensure that all parties have access to the required documents as required, including drawings, schedules, specifications, contract letters, submittals, RFIs and reports
• Maintain overall tender list in conjunction with the Estimating & Proposals Lead
• Maintain and co-ordinate shared documentation across multiple teams in tender collaboration process.
• Assist Estimators with issue of tender packs to sub-contractors & vendors
• Maintain sub-contractor & vendor database and details
• Maintain vigilance for the progress of requests for quotations and enquiries received from suppliers

• Prior experience in a similar pre-construction estimating role or a document control role
• Experience of knowledge sharing applications is advantageous eg. Viewpoint, BIM360 etc.
• High level of IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent organisation and interpersonal skills
• High level of verbal and written English is essential
