Join a prestigious law firm in Dublin 2 on a 12-month fixed-term contract as an Events Manager.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced candidate to enhance the firm's brand and profile through high-impact client-focused events and sponsorship programmes.
You will play a crucial role in a dynamic team , managing hybrid, in-person, and virtual events , and collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Event Management: Deliver the firm-wide events calendar, project managing hybrid, in-person, and virtual events to the highest standards.
- Communication: Support event communications including writing, editing, reviewing, and issuing communications.
- Project Updates: Provide regular updates to your manager on the status of each event/project.
- Collaboration: Work with internal and external suppliers to create, design, and deliver bespoke event collateral and thought leadership pieces.
- Budget Management: Deliver events within budget and on deadline.
- Marketing: Develop and execute a full suite of event marketing activities including PR, digital, design, email marketing, and advertising.
- Client Initiatives: Collaborate closely with Practice Area Marketing and Business Development teams to support client initiatives.
- Continuous Improvement: Demonstrate a commitment to becoming an expert in events marketing by continuously evolving and improving processes.
- Creative Solutions: Deliver pragmatic and creative solutions that add real value through timely and fit-for-purpose solutions.

- Virtual Events: Strong knowledge and experience of virtual event platforms.
- Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational, time management, and reporting skills combined with a creative approach.
- Communication: Effective communicator with a high level of accuracy, able to mentor and develop team members.
- Campaign Execution: Proven success in designing and executing communication campaigns, extensive writing and editing experience.
- Social Media: Experienced in using social media and online platforms to promote events and improve the registration process.
