Crown is a leading international building envelope contractor delivering high-tech, mission-critical projects across Europe. We are seeking a high-performing, proactive, and resilient individual to support the COO in a pivotal role, ensuring effective coordination, communication, and alignment across the business.
This is a high-impact Executive Assistant role with elements of Personal Assistant support, operating at the centre of a fast-paced, high-performance business.
The Role
This is a senior, high-impact position working directly with executive leadership, requiring exceptional organisational capability, sound judgement, and the confidence to operate at pace.
You will play a central role in maintaining momentum across key priorities, supporting executive decision-making, and ensuring the COO’s time is optimised towards strategic initiatives.
This is a demanding, hands-on role requiring flexibility, responsiveness, and a strong sense of ownership across a broad and varied scope of responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate communication and activity across business functions
Support the preparation of executive and board-level reports and materials
Manage the COO’s schedule, priorities, and key business activities
Prepare high-quality briefings and documentation to support decision-making
Track actions and ensure consistent follow-through across initiatives
Support the effective running of meetings and business processes
Provide ad hoc administrative and occasional personal support as required
Candidate Profile
Proven experience supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
Exceptionally organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities without loss of detail
Confident communicator, capable of engaging at senior level and constructively challenging where appropriate
Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise, high-quality outputs
Commercially aware, with a practical and solutions-focused mindset
Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and delivery
Capable of influencing stakeholders and holding others accountable
High level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgement
Comfortable operating across both Executive Assistant and Personal Assistant responsibilities
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 5+ years’ experience in an Executive Assistant, Senior PA, or similar business support role
At least 2–3 years’ direct experience supporting C-suite or senior executive leadership (e.g. COO, CEO, Director level)
Experience operating in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment
A relevant third-level qualification is desirable, but not essential
Location & Requirements
Full, clean driving licence required
Primarily office-based in Roundwood, County Wicklow
Flexibility required to meet the demands of the role
