Your Responsibilities

• Provide expert psychological assessments and interventions for high-performance organizations.
• Develop and implement tailored HPO strategies and programs that drive organizational performance.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to enhance team dynamics and employee engagement.
• Collaborate with clients to identify challenges and design effective solutions.
• Stay updated on the latest research and methodologies in HPO psychology.
• Support the development of a positive organizational culture through data-driven insights.

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Psychology, with a focus on Organizational Psychology or a related field.
• Significant experience working as an HPO psychologist or in a related consulting role.
• Proven ability to design and implement effective psychological strategies in organizational settings.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Willingness to relocate to Ireland for this exciting opportunity!
