Facilities Lead

Soft Services Oversight: Manage day-to-day delivery of soft services including cleaning, security, landscaping, and catering. Contract Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of facilities contracts—from negotiation and execution to performance monitoring and renewal. Vendor Management: Select and manage vendors, ensuring compliance with contract terms and service level agreements. Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs, generate performance reports, and identify areas for service improvement. Budget & Resource Management: Ensure cost-effective use of resources and adherence to budgetary constraints. Compliance & Safety: Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, quality standards, and sustainability initiatives. Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for client concerns and unresolved facility issues. Team Leadership: Lead and develop a diverse team to ensure high-quality service delivery. Problem Solving: Address and resolve issues related to repairs, maintenance, and facility upgrades. Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with staff, clients, and contractors. Reporting: Prepare and present reports on soft service performance and operational issues. Sustainability: Promote and implement sustainable practices across all soft service operations. Proven experience in facilities management, particularly in soft services and contract oversight. Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and sustainability practices. Excellent vendor and stakeholder management skills. Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Effective communication and problem-solving skills. Budget management experience is a plus. Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, and a minimum of 8-12 years related experience or Master's degree and 5-7 years equivalent industry experience or a PhD and 2-4 years of experience.
