Facilities Manager – Limerick Office

Location: Limerick (100% On-site)

Hours: 32–40 hours per week

Start Date: ASAP Reports to: People Team (HR)

We’re looking for a hands-on, people-focused Facilities Manager to lead the charge in creating a safe, welcoming, and well-run environment at our 5-floor, 11,000 sq ft office in Limerick. Supporting around 50 colleagues on-site per day, you’ll be the go-to person for everything from maintenance and compliance to culture and connection.

In addition to overseeing Limerick operations, you will also provide remote facilities support to our smaller European offices in Remote Ireland, Karlsruhe, Paris, Stockholm, and Timisoara – acting as a key liaison for any office-related needs, vendor coordination, or workspace questions.

This role blends operational excellence with creative energy. You’ll manage vendor services and building systems, but also help foster our workplace culture by organizing social activities and championing sustainability.

What You’ll Be Doing:

· Oversee day-to-day operations of the Limerick office including HVAC, utilities, security, cleaning, and maintenance.

· Provide remote facilities support for our European satellite offices, acting as the first point of contact for workplace-related issues and vendor coordination.

· Manage external service providers to ensure everything runs like clockwork.

· Own compliance and safety protocols, keeping our people and space protected.

· Partner closely with the Real Estate & Facilities Director on a full office refresh; manage access, schedule works, and coordinate activity on the ground.

· Help define and promote positive office etiquette; ensuring everyone understands how we work together, use shared spaces, and show respect in a hybrid environment.

· Organize team events, office celebrations, and social moments that help connect people and build belonging.

· Launch and lead green initiatives that align with our global sustainability efforts – from smarter energy use to better recycling.

· Be the friendly face and first point of contact for all things office-related. You’ll help make our Limerick office somewhere people want to be.

What You’ll Bring

· Experience managing an office or facility, ideally in a similar-sized or multi-floor environment.

· Great communication and coordination skills; you’re calm, approachable, and always a step ahead.

· A genuine interest in people and workplace culture.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

· Knowledge of building systems and local H&S regulations.

· Confidence working independently and a proactive, can-do attitude.

· (Bonus) Experience providing remote support or managing multiple sites is a plus
