Our client, a leading high-street fashion retailer known for its trend-setting styles and exceptional customer experience is seeking a Store Manager to join their team in Tralee, Co. Kerry.

As Store Manager , you will lead by example, driving sales and ensuring the highest standards of customer service. Your commercial acumen and leadership skills will be crucial in optimising store performance and fostering a positive team environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Leadership & Team Development: Inspire and motivate your team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
• Commercial Performance: Analyse sales figures and market trends to develop action plans that drive revenue and maximise profitability.
• Customer Experience: Ensure every customer has a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience, addressing any issues with a proactive and positive approach.
• Visual Merchandising: Maintain high visual standards and ensure the store layout reflects the brand's image and latest fashion trends.
• Operations Management: Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, loss prevention, and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Skills and experience required:

• 3+ years of fashion management experience.
• Strong commercial awareness with a track record of driving sales and profitability.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
• Highly energetic, enthusiastic, and resilient under pressure.
