This is a great job opportunity for a passionate, commercial and operational people leader looking to join a fast paced store. As Store Manager you will be leading a team of 20+.

Responsibilities of this Store Manager job:

• Maximise figures and KPI's daily.
• Use your commercial skills to drive and increase store sales and productivity.
• Utilise commercial reports daily to ensure the store is set up to trade productively.
• Responsible for recruitment, coaching, leading and development of your team.
• Ensuring store visual merchandising are in line with company policies.
• Ensuring company policies and procedures are implemented.

Skills and experience required for this Store Manager job:

• 3+ years holding a store manager/senior assistant manager position in a fast-paced high-volume retailer.
• Experienced in delivering excellent customer service and driving overall store performance.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a strong team.
• Expereince managing a team of 20+.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong fashion merchandising experience.
