Field Fundraising Team Leader - 42K OTE

Do you love working with people and inspiring others? We’re looking for a motivator and leader to guide a team of fundraisers in the field. If you thrive outdoors, enjoy coaching, and want to make a real difference, this role is for you!

Location: Field-based (nationwide) Job Type: Full-time or Part-time

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support a small team of fundraisers across Ireland
• Train, coach, and motivate new starters
• Help your team hit daily and weekly targets
• Fundraise door-to-door alongside your team and lead by example
• Create a positive, high-performance culture

What You’ll Bring

• Great communication and leadership skills
• A positive, can-do attitude
• Experience in fundraising, sales, or team leadership (preferred, not essential)
• Confidence working outdoors and travelling locally
• Hands-on approach – you lead from the front

• €30,000–€35,000 base salary (DOE)
• €12,000+ uncapped commission
