Field Sales Representative

Join Médecins Sans Frontières (Doctors Without Borders) as a face-to-face fundraiser and help bring life-saving medical work to communities in crisis. You’ll be out in local neighbourhoods, chatting with people and inspiring them to support MSF’s mission.

No experience? No problem. We provide full training, coaching, and all the support you need to shine. Additionally you get an OTE salary of €37,000+ AND a daily lunch allowance.

What You’ll Do

• Knock on doors and chat with people in residential neighbourhoods
• Spark interest in MSF’s life-saving emergency work
• Inspire people to become monthly supporters
• Keep accurate daily records of your conversations and sign-ups
• Work Monday to Friday, 12pm–8pm (part-time options available!)

• €26,000–€27,000 base salary (DOE)
• €12,000 uncapped commission
• Daily lunch allowance + mileage compensation
