We’re seeking motivated Field Sales Representatives to join our team covering North Dublin. If you're passionate about sales and ready to travel as per the assigned routes, this opportunity is perfect for you!

Role: Field Sales Representatives (Door-to-Door Sales)
Location: Skerries, Rush, Donabate
What We Offer:

Competitive Hourly Pay: €14
Commission: Uncapped
Full-Time Hours: Monday to Friday, 11 am to 8 pm
Generous Leave: 20 days of annual leave plus 10 paid bank holidays
Fuel Card: Drivers required

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement: Approach potential customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression. Build rapport and understand customer needs through active listening.
Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our services, and confidently explain how they can meet the unique needs of each customer.
Sales Pitch: Deliver persuasive sales presentations, highlighting key benefits and addressing any customer questions or concerns.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets by effectively closing deals and offering additional products or services where appropriate.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales interactions, leads, and customer details to ensure smooth follow-up and service.
Customer Service: Provide excellent post-sale support, ensuring customers have all the information they need and addressing any issues promptly.
