Our client operates within the IT Sector and have ambitious plans to expand the business in the future. They are seeking to appoint an Finance Assistant to support the team in a varied role across all areas of finance.
Working closely with the Financial Controller you will assist in the financial management, financial administration and financial operation of the organisation.
Responsibilities will include
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Preparing payment runs
- Preparation of bank reconciliations for a number of bank accounts
- Creditor reconciliations
- General administration
- Dealing with supplier queries
- Assisting in the preparation of management accounts and corporate administration.
- Complete other tasks and administrative duties as requested
The Ideal Candidate will:
- At least 12 months experience in a busy finance function
- Excellent communication skills – fully fluent written and spoken English essential
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to prioritise and to work to deadlines
- Organised and efficient with excellent attention to detail
