Finance Business Partner

Due to this exciting growth, Sculpted by Aimee are looking for a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to join our growing Finance team. This is a pivotal role that combines strategic business partnering with hands-on financial planning and analysis.  
  
You’ll work closely with teams across the business to provide insight, challenge, and support - helping to drive performance, shape decisions, and build out how this function operates. While replacing an existing role, this is still a relatively new area within the business, offering the opportunity to shape and build out how finance adds value across departments. The role will offer unparalelled access to all departments and senior stakeholders within the business.

• Partner with department leads to translate financial data into clear, actionable insights. 
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes across the business 
• Running the monthly budget reviews with budget holders, challenging and supporting budget holders to optimize their financial performance and ensure financial accountability. 
• Deliver ad hoc financial analysis on campaigns, projects, and performance drivers.
• Prepare monthly reporting, variance analysis, and dashboards. 
• Support strategic planning and scenario modelling. 
• Help shape and improve financial processes, tools, and reporting frameworks.
