Job Description - Finance Business Partner

Our client is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join their expanding finance team and play a key role in shaping commercial direction.

Working closely with the Senior Finance Business Partner, you provide commercial and financial support to assist in delivering strategic targets including opportunities for growth of business markets.

Responsibilities:

Contribute to the financial planning and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with business plans and long -term objectives.
Support the development of financial analytics to drive data -based decisions across the business.
Manage the end -to -end financial relationship from the business partners, FP&A and A&R.

Requirements:

A recognised professional accounting qualification with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE. (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
Proven finance business partnering experience or strong commercial acumen within a corporate environment.
Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to influence and challenge stakeholders effectively.
