Finance Manager

Are you a seasoned qualified accountant on the look out for a new position which offers more exposure and responsibilities then your current role?Well a prominent real estate development and investment company based in Dublin, Ireland and are seeking to hire a highly motivated qualified accountant for a progressive Family Office.

Key Responsibilities:

• In charge of all accounting and reporting, including periodic budgets, quarterly management accounts, and projections for all trusts, subsidiaries, and other entities
• Provide the CEO and Head of Finance with the quarterly accounts, budgets, and forecasts
• In charge of following up on unpaid debts and issuing sales invoices on a calendar basis
• In charge of all accounting and reporting, including projections and recurring budgets for the ledger codes associated with the overhead
• Filing and preparing income tax and VAT returns
• Consolidation account preparation for auditing reasons
• Charged with handling account reconciliation, reporting, analysis, and supplier payments every two months.
• Take part in the yearly audit and make sure everything runs smoothly and effectively
• Examining and finishing the reconciliations of the quarterly group balance sheet
• Ascertain that all internal controls are followed and established in accordance with group

Qualifications and required skills:

• Accountancy qualification, ACCA, CPA, ACA, or CIMA
• Strong analytic skills and attention to detail
• Deadline driven, able to respond to changing demands and can prioritise work effectively
• Competent in reviewing and discussing key financial data with relevant stakeholders
• Ability to communicate clearly as part of a team
• High level of proficiency with MS Excel and financial IT systems
• Flexible, adaptable, and proactive approach
• Team player
