Job Description - Finishing Foreman - Central Dublin

Role: Finishing Foreman

Client: Main Contractor

Essentials: 3+ years Foreman experience on commercial sites in Ireland; trades background.

Location: Central Dublin

Salary: €60,000 - €70,000

Package: Car; Fuel Card; Pension; Employee Assistance and Wellness Programmes; Bike-to-work

Overseeing: Subcontractors & snagging labourers

Supervise and coordinate daily finishing activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to programme.

Lead direct labour, operatives and subcontractors, allocating work and monitoring productivity across assigned areas.

Ensure all finishing works are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications, method statements and quality standards.

Carry out quality checks, identify defects or non-conformances, and ensure corrective actions are completed.

Coordinate labour, materials, plant and equipment, supporting effective site logistics and delivery of materials.

Monitor progress against programme, maintain accurate site records and report any issues, delays or resource requirements to the Site Manager.

Maintain strong communication with Site Management, Engineers and subcontractors while promoting a positive, productive and high-quality working environment.
