In this Principal Embedded Software Engineer opportunity in the medical devices sector in Ireland. This organization are on a journey to launch new medical device products, right from the beginning through to production into the market. This is a highly visible programme that is viewed as a huge opportunity for the organization. They are an established key player in the market with a strong track record.

As a Principal Embedded Software Engineer, you will join at the very beginning of their journey, playing a key role in building the product. This Greenfield opportunity gives you the platform to drive the roadmap for embedded software, design the solutions and build your dream team.

You will play a key role in building a complex, challenging system that is at the centre of the product. This will include the creation of proprietary algorithms for analysis of data.

This is a complex, challenging programme with various workstreams and stakeholders. It is an ambitious plan to take the business into a new market. You will get great exposure to the CEO, CFO and CTO in the organization, and have the scope to make a real impact.

This position will suit a well-rounded, experience Lead Engineer, Principal Engineer, or Architect with a track record of building embedded systems for commercial medical device products.
