We are looking for an experienced Cleaning Operative to join our team at BAM FM in Waterford. This is a great opportunity for a customer focused individual to join a world leading facilities management company to work in a corporate facility environment.

Making Possible

• Ensure all areas are cleaned efficiently and in a timely manner to the required standards, in line with the cleaning service schedules and specifications. This will include weekly and periodic tasks.


• Take part in employee training to develop and maintain a full understanding of Health and Safety, COSHH, cleaning methods, cleaning training and site-specific processes and procedures.


• Escalate any maintenance or repair needs as required.


• Monitor cleaning supplies, ensuring you have what you need to uphold our high standards of cleaning services.


• Carry out extra spring/deep cleaning tasks as the need arises.


• Ensure all equipment is used and stored as necessary. 


• Ensure that clothing, including footwear and headgear, and personal hygiene is of the highest standards at all times. 


• Maintain component hygiene standards.

• Previous cleaning experience is an asset, but certainly not essential.


• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
