Foodservice Trading Graduate

   Foodservice Trading Graduate – Permanent

Based in BWG Head Office and reporting to the Head of Foodservice Trading, the successful candidate will help identify and document business requirements to assist in the procurement and implementation of solutions and processes for the Wholesale Division as part of the Graduate Employment.

This role will be a hybrid working model. Successful candidates will be based in Head Office but will be required to travel throughout Ireland within our wholesale business.

Key responsibilities of a Foodservice Trading Graduate include:

·        Support with supplier negotiation

·        Assist with the implementation of Joint Business Plans

·        Involvement in developing the Foodservice Promotional Strategy

·        Support Trading Managers with Key Seasonal Activity Plans

·        Identification of new products and support bringing new products to the market

·        Product benchmarking to maintain our competitive position

·        Generating new product listings

·        Range Management activity across Grocery Catering, Chilled & Frozen and Non-Food Product Categories
