Naas 
Hours Mon- Fri, 37.5 per week, some weekend cover 
Salary €35000-€45000 per annum 

Are you looking for a role where your work truly matters? As a Healthcare Logistics Coordinator, you play a key role in keeping life-critical supply chains moving. From pharmaceuticals to medical devices, your work ensures that essential healthcare products reach patients safely, compliantly, and on time. At DSV, movement is what we do. What will you be doing?

•    Planning and executing daily shipments (groupage, LTL, FTL) with a focus on healthcare logistics
•    Ensuring on-time delivery while protecting product integrity, including cold chain shipments (2–8°C, ambient, frozen)
•    Applying GDP (Good Distribution Practice) standards in all operations
•    Using validated packaging and temperature monitoring solutions
•    Monitoring shipments using tracking systems and responding proactively to any risks or delays
•    Ensuring accurate invoicing, billing, and file closure
•    Maintaining precise digital records for audit and compliance purposes
•    Liaising with carriers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure reliable service delivery
•    Managing deviations, identifying risks, and implementing corrective actions
•    Supporting cost control while maintaining high quality and service standards

About You

•    Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain (essential) 
•    Exposure to healthcare or pharmaceutical logistics (advantageous) 
•    Alternatively, a graduate background in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Life Sciences with a strong interest in healthcare logistics 
•    Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills 
•    Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities 
•    High accuracy and attention to detail, particularly in compliance documentation 
•    A customer-focused mindset with a strong sense of responsibility 
•    Digital confidence, including experience with TMS, WMS, or tracking tools (or willingness to learn)
