Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries regarding reservations, bookings, and travel services via phone, email, and chat in French.
• Provide exceptional service by addressing customer concerns and ensuring satisfaction during their travel planning process.
• Assist customers with changes, cancellations, and providing information on available properties and services.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and enhance customer experience.
• Stay informed about current promotions, new offerings, and industry trends to provide the best service.

• Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or hospitality industry, is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on providing excellent customer experiences.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
• Proficient in using computer applications and CRM systems.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
