Fund Manager

• Co -ordinate the quarterly valuations process, including liaising with external valuers
  
• Analysis of valuation portfolio data to enable quarterly reporting
  
• Ability to prepare investment and development appraisals and refurbishment options for various projects
  
• Updating quarterly valuation and performance reports and presentations
  
• Work with Head of Investment Management, when required on key investor reports, Fund reporting and general market research

Requirements

• Chartered Surveyor having completed the valuation pathway.
  
• At least 5 years’ relevant experience.
  
• Results focused with strong attention to detail and accuracy of work.
  
• Pro -active with experience working on own initiative in a busy working environment.
  
• Advanced working knowledge of Argus, MS Excel and Powerpoint.
