Job Description - Gen AI Process Expert with German

WORK FROM THE OFFICE
Monday - Friday, 9:00-18:00

Join our Generative AI team and help improve the quality of AI-generated content related to business locations, Points of Interest (POI), and transit information. In this role, you will research, verify, and evaluate data to ensure accuracy, relevance, and consistency, directly contributing to the enhancement of AI models and user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and verify business and location information using online resources and AI-powered search tools.
  • Review and assess AI-generated content to ensure it is accurate, relevant, and helpful for users.
  • Check and validate details such as business hours, addresses, categories, and map-related information.
  • Perform data annotation and quality checks following established guidelines.
  • Apply policies and guidelines to make consistent decisions, including in ambiguous situations.
  • Document research findings and explain decision-making clearly when required.
