The role

As General Manager, you are accountable for the overall performance and day-to-day leadership of the store. You set the culture, lead the commercial strategy and ensure operational excellence — balancing results with a premium customer experience where detail and service standards matter.

You lead through people: building a high-performing leadership team, developing talent, and creating an environment where colleagues feel supported, motivated and clear on priorities — even under pressure.

What you’ll do

• Own store performance and deliver sales, productivity and service objectives

• Set and drive the commercial strategy using KPIs, store insight and customer demand

• Lead and develop your management team, building capability, motivation and succession

• Ensure an exceptional store experience through strong customer care, standards and product knowledge

• Oversee all operational and administrative routines, ensuring compliance and consistency

• Champion stock flow, product availability and store organisation to support performance

• Maintain a safe, clean and well-run environment, ensuring Health & Safety standards are met

• Act as an ambassador for Inditex sustainability initiatives and embed them into daily ways of working
