Our Kepak Cork site is based in Watergrasshill, Co. Cork — just 35 minutes from Cork City and 20 minutes from Fermoy — offering a strong, supportive workplace in a well‑established facility.

We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team at Kepak Cork. Kepak Cork is now recruiting for roles within our Boning Hall Department, where you will play an important part in our production operations.
Working hours:
Boning Hall: Monday to Friday, 7 am to 5 pm (approximately)
What to expect in the job?
The role will involve:
As a vital member of the boning team at our factory, you'll skillfully prepare cuts and trims of meat according to Kepak's specifications while keeping pace with our production line.
You'll be working towards exciting production targets.
This position will see you based in a chilled area of the factory.
Your responsibilities will include packaging a variety of meat products such as steaks, chops, burgers, and meatballs.
We are looking for someone who can manage physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and maintaining a standing position for extended periods.
You'll operate machinery only after receiving the necessary training.
From time to time, you may be asked to take on additional responsibilities as outlined by your direct Line Supervisor.

Physical role including lifting and standing.
Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail.
Willingness to learn and assist with additional tasks as needed.
