Job Title : German Junior Account Coordinator – Sales & Customer Service

Location: Dublin City South

Salary: Competitive market rate + performance bonus + benefits

Type: Permanent Contract. Hybrid Model – 1 day a week in the office from day 1.

Hours of Work: Monday – Friday only (9:00am- 5:30pm)

Abrivia Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for a German Sales & Customer Service Account Coordinator for a Leading Financial Services client based in Dublin.

You must have strong interpersonal skills, fluency in both English and German, a can-do attitude, and a strong customer service background to be successful in this position. You need to be comfortable using the various CRM systems and you need to be ready to work on several tasks at once. Additionally, you should be able to work independently and effectively handle pressured deadlines.

Job Responsibilities

Managing customer service & sales queries from clients on a day to day basis

Communicating with clients regarding products to support their business and giving clients a good insight into how tailored products can impact their business positively commercially and streamline their processes ensuring more business success.

Maintain sales-focused relationships with key clients & accounts.

Identify, research and contact clients that you believe a business proposition could bring value to their business.

Have excellent product knowledge to ensure you can advise and provide support and strategies to assist partners on their business needs.

Deliver personalised product pitches.

Keep clear records of market research, analytics, and trends.

Initial point of contact between stakeholders and key partners

Experience

Min 1 years’ experience in a customer service / sales environment from any sector.

Data analysis experience

Fluency in German and English

Target and goal-oriented experience

Strong proven administration skills

Tech savvy with an affinity for technology
