Job Title: Content Moderator – German & English
Location: Dublin, Ireland (Onsite)

About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Content Moderator fluent in German (C1) and proficient in English (B2) to join our growing team in Dublin. In this role, you will ensure that online content adheres to company guidelines and community standards, helping maintain a safe and positive experience for users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and moderate user-generated content across platforms to ensure compliance with policies and guidelines.

• Identify and escalate inappropriate, harmful, or policy-violating content.

• Collaborate with the moderation team to maintain consistent quality and accuracy.

• Provide feedback on recurring issues and suggest improvements to moderation processes.

• Work efficiently within rotation shifts, maintaining focus and attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Fluency in German (C1) and proficiency in English (B2).

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines precisely.

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous experience in content moderation, customer support, or quality assurance is a plus.

• Flexibility to work onsite in Dublin, with rotation shifts Monday to Sunday, 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM, 8 hours per day, 5 days per week.
