Gerneral Operative with PPT licence

Job Description:


We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable General Operative with a Powered Pallet Truck (PPT) licence to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks to support our clients operations and ensure the smooth and efficient running of our clients warehouse.


Key Responsibilities:


Operate Powered Pallet Truck (PPT) to transport goods within the warehouse
Assist with loading and unloading of deliveries
Perform general warehouse duties, including picking, packing, and stock management
Maintain a clean and organised work environment
Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
Assist with other duties as required by the supervisor

Requirements:


Valid Powered Pallet Truck (PPT) licence

Valid Manual Handling Certificate (must include practical and not just Theory)
Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred
Good physical fitness, with the ability to lift and move heavy items
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication skills
Reliable and punctual
