About the role
We are looking for a highly commercial, execution-focused Head of Sales who will be responsible for building, scaling, and optimizing our sales function. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives on numbers, optimising team performance, and execution, ensuring that sales targets are met and exceeded. The Head of Sales will build and refine our outbound engine while improving our existing inbound motion, directly impacting revenue growth and market expansion.
This is a critical leadership role, requiring someone with a strong B2B SaaS background, experience selling to enterprise and SMB customers, and a proven ability to drive high-performance sales cultures.
