Healthcare Assistant in Ireland (EU citizens)

CPL Healthcare, in partnership with a well‑established group of private nursing homes and clinics across Ireland (Dublin, Limerick, Cork, Galway & more), is offering an excellent full‑time opportunity for Healthcare Assistants with an EU passport. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the physical and emotional wellbeing of residents. You will work alongside nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver person‑centred care while promoting independence and dignity.

Responsabilities

• Providing daily personal care (bathing, dressing, feeding)
• Assisting with mobility and offering emotional support
• Monitoring and reporting changes in residents’ health
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring a safe environment

• Nursing Assistant qualification or professional experience in the sector
• Intermediate level of English (spoken and written)
• EU citizenship (50/50 rule: Irish regulations require at least 50% of staff in nursing homes to be EU nationals)
• Strong English communication skills, empathy, and teamwork

• Competitive salary: €14.15 – €16.00 per hour (depending on experience and location)
• Permanent contract
• €1,000 relocation bonus (after 12 months of employment)
