Right at Home is one of Ireland’s leading and award-winning home care providers. We are currently recruiting full-time and part-time Health Care Assistants to support clients across Co Louth CHO8, including Drogheda /Dundalk/ Ardee/ Collon and surrounding areas.

Qualifications & Training Requirements
• Minimum of two QQI Level 5 modules:
o Care Skills
o Care of the Older Person

• Valid Patient Moving & Handling certificate (training available if required)
• International Police Clearance, where applicable
• Full driving licence and access to own transport desirable ( for rural areas) due to community-based role

• Effective communication skills with clients and internal teams
• Ability to work independently and adhere to company policies and safety standards
• Previous care experience is desirable

Job Responsibilities
• Providing personal and practical care in accordance with individual care plans
• Supporting client independence and social engagement
• Assisting with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and light household duties
• Maintaining dignity, privacy, and respect at all times
• Reporting concerns, incidents, or changes in condition to management in line with company procedures
