Our Financial Services client is in South Dublin are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Administrator for a 6-month contract. The successful client will support the HR Business Partner across all areas of HR from onboarding to offboarding, including recruitment, performance management, L&D, employee wellbeing, international mobility and compensation and benefits.
RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED
· First point of contact for employees
· Provide recruitment support to hiring managers across all aspects of hiring process
· Administer onboarding materials for new hires
· Support all aspects of the employee lifecycle
· Update HR files and maintain employee data in Workday
· Collection of information for monthly payroll
· Assist with ad-hoc HR projects and preparation of internal HR communications
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
· University education, preferably in the area of Human Resources;
·2+ years’ experience in a similar HR role;
· Knowledge of financial services sector is preferable
· Previous experience with Workday is an advantage
· Strong knowledge of Irish Employment Law
· Strong Organization and interpersonal skills
