Our Financial Services client is in South Dublin are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Administrator for a 6-month contract. The successful client will support the HR Business Partner across all areas of HR from onboarding to offboarding, including recruitment, performance management, L&D, employee wellbeing, international mobility and compensation and benefits.
RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED
·First point of contact for employees
·Provide recruitment support to hiring managers across all aspects of hiring process
·Administer onboarding materials for new hires
·Support all aspects of the employee lifecycle
·Update HR files and maintain employee data in Workday
·Collection of information for monthly payroll
·Assist with ad-hoc HR projects and preparation of internal HR communications
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
·University education, preferably in the area of Human Resources;
·2+ years’ experience in a similar HR role;
·Knowledge of financial services sector is preferable
·Previous experience with Workday is an advantage
·Strong knowledge of Irish Employment Law
·Strong Organization and interpersonal skills
