Location: Tralee - Hours: 30 hours/week
Duration: 6-month Work Placement
The duties of the HR Administrator will be dependent on the individual needs of the HR Team at the time of the placement.
To support the Learning & Development function by coordinating training activities, maintaining accurate records, assisting with the delivery of learning initiatives, and ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for employees across all levels of the organisation.
Below is an outline of the principal duties a HR Administrator may carry out, as assigned and as directed.
Supporting:
• Training Course Coordination
• L&D Data Entry
• Onboarding instructions
• L&D Project support
• Scheduling
Education & Training
No experience necessary just and interest in HR as full training will be provided in all the above.
