HR Business Partner - (Co. Westmeath & Co. Antrim) VANRATH are currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner to join an all-Ireland manufacturing business, for a fixed term contract of 14 months (maternity cover). This is a multisite role and will support sites across Counties Westmeath and Antrim, therefore, its essential that the successful candidate will have strong NI & ROI legislation exp. The Role Contribute to the development, implementation and review of Human Resources policies, systems and procedures in line with legislative changes and best practice Work in partnership with the HR team to identify opportunities and areas of improvement in line with business needs Manage the full recruitment process from start to finish Advise and support line managers on Employee Relations issues to include disciplinary and absence management as requested by the HRBP Support managers in the performance management process and provide guidance in line with policies and procedures. Full spec available upon request The Person CIPD Qualified 3 - 5 year's HR Generalist experience with strong ROI & NI legislation exp. Experience of working in Manufacturing industry would be advantageous What's in it for you?
