HR Business Partner - ROI / NI role

HR Business Partner (ROI & NI Role) Kinnegad & Lisburn Manufacturing Sector VANRATH are partnering with a leading manufacturer, with the appointment of a HRBP role, to support a pending maternity cover, running to Sep 2025. The company in question is a multi-site, all Ireland business, with a growing HR function and employee base. The Role To assist and support in the provision of a confidential, effective and professional HR Service. To support the development and implementation of departmental and Company HR initiatives and projects. Responsibilities Contribute to the effective day-to-day operations of the Human Resources team and support HR project work and initiatives as required. Contribute to the development, implementation and review of Human Resources policies, systems and procedures in line with legislative changes and best practice Work in partnership with the HR team to identify opportunities and areas of improvement in line with business needs Manage the full recruitment process from start to finish Support managers in interviewing roles at all levels, including short-listing CVs, advising on appropriate questions and/or tests for interviews and participating in interview panels Advise and support line managers on Employee Relations issues to include disciplinary and absence management as requested by the HRBP Support managers in the performance management process and provide guidance in line with policies and procedures. Full spec available upon request The Person Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (Desired) A minimum of 3 year's HR Generalist experience A strong working knowledge of employment legislation and best practice in Ireland Experience of working within a fast paced and diverse working environment. Experience of working in Manufacturing industry is advantageous What's in it for you?
