HR Generalist / Dublin West – E8428

Our client is seeking a HR Generalist to join their team and support the HR function.

Salary: €50K-€55K all doe plus benefits.

The Role:

• Supporting the day-to-day HR function within the organisation, acting as the first point of-contact for colleagues and management on employee-related matters.
• Activities associated with on/off-boarding, probationary process and absence and leave management.
• Lead recruitment activity, work permit applications, reference checks, issuing employment contracts with supporting documentation and delivering or co-ordinating induction.
• Engage with colleagues and managers on HR policies and procedures, and other appropriate topics. Holding information sessions with relevant teams
• Assist with the provision of management reports on absence, employee turnover, and other key metrics on a monthly and year end basis.
• Assist the HR team with ER cases including grievances, dignity at work, PIP’s and disciplinary cases in a timely manner.
• Support employee health and wellbeing, mental health activities.
• Support employee engagement activities and initiatives.
• Ensure appropriate document control, quality management systems.

The Candidate:

• HR qualification essential and minimum two years relevant HR experience
• Employee engagement initiatives experience essential
• Proficient in the use of technology and Microsoft Office products, especially Excel.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills along with good attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work on own initiative and participate effectively in teamwork.
• A good work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude and approach to work.
