You will enhance operational and organizational efficiency, align HR technology and processes with our business goals, and facilitate continuous improvement in Qualcomm\u0027s user experience for our employees.\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\n\n\u2022 Bachelor\u0027s degree and 7+ years of Human Resources Management Systems, Human Resources, or related work experience. \nOR \nAssociate\u0027s degree and 9+ years of Human Resources Management Systems, Human Resources, or related work experience. \nOR \nHigh School Diploma or equivalent and 11+ years of Human Resources Management Systems, Human Resources, or related work experience. \n \n*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master\u2019s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\n\u2022 Bachelor\u0027s degree in Business Administration/Management, Management Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field.\n\n\u2022 9+ years of HR Management Systems or related work experience.\n\n\u2022 Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional) or SHRM-SCP (Senior Certified Professional).\n\n\u2022 2+ years of experience working in a large matrixed organization.\n\n\u2022 2+ years in a leadership role with or without direct reports.\n\n\u2022 2+ years of work experience in a role requiring interaction with executive leadership (e.g., Vice President level and above).\n\nPrincipal Duties and Responsibilities:\n\n\u2022 Plays a significant role in product ownership in a specific area (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow, Eightfold, etc.) and continuous product development; identifies needed improvements and enhancements with HR senior leadership for existing systems, reports, integrations, etc., and works closely with IT, Legal, and Works Councils to implement requests. \n\n\u2022 Leverages advanced knowledge of HR Management Systems best practices, trends and developments in data management and security, and HR applications to stay up-to-date with industry trends and recommend and deploy strategic solutions across a variety of HR issues; coaches other team members and/or direct reports to understand and apply advanced concepts to complete tasks and provides constructive feedback to team members to address skill gaps. \n\n\u2022 Manages complex Tier 2 (technical escalation) inquiries for Annual Review, myQ, Eightfold, ServiceNow platform, data conversions through enterprise interface builders (EIBs), and data conversions and integrations for Mergers \u0026 Acquisitions (M\u0026A) projects; provides support on day-to-day processes and materials that help users learn how to utilize data and resources at Qualcomm (e.g., learning content, change management, knowledge articles, etc.).\n\n\u2022 Participates in learning forums, conferences, industry summits, and technical discussions related to HR application ecosystem involvement; actively shares advanced knowledge with somewhat large audiences; aligns HRMS team development with department/organization goals. \n\n\u2022 Develops project plans and manages multiple complex and large-scale HR projects; creates requests to solve any issues that arise with external vendors. \n\nLevel of Responsibility:\n\n\u2022 Provides supervision to direct reports. \n\u2022 Decision-making is critical in nature and highly impacts program, product, or project success. \n\u2022 Requires verbal and written communication skills to convey complex information. May require negotiation, influence, tact, etc.\n\n\u2022 Works within the prescribed budgetary objectives of the department.\n\n\u2022 Has a great degree of influence over key organizational decisions (e.g., is making or directly making key decisions that will have substantial impact over the organization). \n\u2022 Tasks often require multiple steps which can be performed in various orders; extensive planning, problem-solving, and prioritization must occur to complete the tasks effectively.\n\n*References to a particular number of years experience are for indicative purposes only.
