HR Technology, AI & Transformation Analyst (12-Month FTC)

Reports To: People Services & HR Systems Manager

Purpose of Role

To support the delivery of Ornua's HR Technology, AI and Digital Transformation activities through research, administration, data gathering and project support.

Working under the guidance of the People Services & HR Systems Manager, the role will provide support across HR technology and digital initiatives while developing knowledge of HR systems, AI tools and project delivery practices.

Key Responsibilities

HR Technology Support

• Support development of a 3-5 year HR Technology Roadmap.


• Maintain and update records relating to HR systems and applications.


• Assist with documenting HR technology processes, procedures and user guidance.


• Support the collection and organisation of information relating to HR systems.


• Help maintain inventories of HR technology tools and resources.

Research & Analysis

• Conduct research on HR technology and AI topics as requested.


• Gather information from internal and external sources to support projects.


• Prepare summary reports and presentations of findings.


• Assist with collecting and validating project-related data.

AI & Digital Transformation Support

• Research AI opportunities across the employee lifecycle.


• Support the administration of HR digital and AI initiatives.


• Assist with testing new tools and documenting outcomes.


• Maintain records of AI use cases and project activities.


• Support the creation of user guides, FAQs and training materials.

Reporting & Administration

• Compile data for reports and presentations.


• Update spreadsheets, trackers and project documentation.


• Assist in monitoring system usage and adoption statistics.


• Maintain accurate project and programme records.

Project Coordination

• Support project meetings through scheduling, note-taking and action tracking.


• Update project plans, action logs and status reports.


• Follow established processes and procedures for project administration.


• Liaise with internal stakeholders to collect information and updates.

Communication & Stakeholder Support

• Assist in preparing communications relating to HR technology initiatives.


• Gather data to support technology investment decisions.


• Respond to routine queries and direct more complex questions to senior team members.


• Support engagement activities relating to HR technology projects.


• Build effective working relationships with colleagues across HR, IT and the wider business.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Essential

• Degree in Human Resources, Business, Technology, Data Analytics or a related discipline.


• Strong organisational and administrative skills.


• Good written and verbal communication skills.


• Ability to analyse information and present findings clearly.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.


• Interest in HR technology, AI and digital transformation.


• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Desirable

• Knowledge of HR processes gained through study, placement or internship experience.


• Familiarity with HR systems or business applications.


• Experience using Microsoft Copilot, Power BI or SAP SuccessFactors.


• Project, research or analytical experience gained through education or work placements.
