Our client is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team in South Dublin. Reporting to the HR Manager for the UK & Ireland, this role will support recruitment, talent development, employee engagement, and people strategy across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with management to deliver HR initiatives and support business objectives.
  


• Lead recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
  


• Support employee development, training, and performance management.
  


• Provide guidance on employee relations and organisational matters.
  


• Monitor key HR metrics, including retention, engagement, and turnover.
  


• Promote and support a positive company culture.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience in HR, recruitment, or talent development.
  


• Previous HR Business Partner experience desirable.
  


• Experience in Retail, Hospitality, FMCG, or a similar fast-paced environment.
  


• Strong communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
  


• Results-driven with excellent analytical abilities.
  


• Full driving licence and willingness to travel.
