Vickerstock is delighted to be working in partnership with a long-established, customer-orientated and highly-innovative manufacturing organisation based in Cavan in the recruitment of a HR Manager to provide HR Support to organisation's 170 employees.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take the next step in your HR career in getting exposure all HR Generalist duties including employee relations, training and development, recruitment and HR Systems whilst working for a highly-reputable and exponentially growing organisation.

What will you do as a HR Manager?

As the HR Manager, you will work in collaboration with Senior Level Management to provide HR Support to the organisation's 170 employees. Duties include;

• Manage the full 360 recruitment process including devising job descriptions, posting job adverts, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, arranging interviews, delivering feedback and issuing job offers.
• Leading employee relations cases ie. advising managers on disciplinaries and grievances including conducting investigations.
• Advising management in all elements of human resources ie. absence management, performance management, employee relations and payroll.
• Liaising with payroll to complete payroll administration ie. notifying of new starters, leavers, promotions and sickness.
• Revising current and implementing new HR policies in response to changes in employment legislation
• Conducting training needs analysis ie. identifying opportunities for learning and development, designing development programmes and reviewing current training methods.
• Utilising the existing HR System to update employee personnel records

What will you receive as a HR Manager?

As the HR Manager you will be entitled to the following pay and benefits package;

What will you need as the HR Manager?

As the HR Manager you will be required to possess;

• Minimum of 2-3 years experience at HR Business Partner Level
• Experience in leading employee relations cases, recruitment campaigns and conducting training needs analysis
• Skilled in revising and implementing HR Policies, utilising HR Systems
• Proficient in advising and training managers on HR Duties
