We are currently seeking an Inbound Lead Qualification Representative to join our client's team in Dublin, Ireland. Our client is a leader in outsourced inside sales, partner enablement, and customer success teams.
Position: Inbound Lead Qualification Representative
Location: Dublin, Ireland
Work Model: Hybrid, at least 3 days per week at the office
Employment Type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary + bonus
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Adhere to daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs to ensure performance targets are met.
- Achieve individual targets and contribute to the team and clients overall goals.
- Quickly learn and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of clients products and services.
- Act as an advocate for the client's products and services, building interest and awareness of the value proposition and assessing mutual fit.
- Champion success stories and effectively articulate the value to interested prospects.
- Maintain strong lead and opportunity management by accurately tracking activities and updating records in a CRM system.
- Schedule appointments for sales teams according to specified qualification standards and maintain high engagement and conversion rates.
- Provide actionable insights on market trends, product feedback, customer insights, and learnings derived from customer conversations.
- Proactively identify problems and present recommended solutions creatively.
Requirements:
- Fluent English speaker plus proficiency
- BA Degree/Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, Microsoft Office, GSuite, and general sales tools such as CRMs.
- Strong ability to build trust quickly during initial calls, with excellent soft skills to make an immediate impact.
- Exceptional listening skills combined with the ability to synthesize information effectively.
- Strong organization, time management, multitasking skills, and ability to work well under pressure.
- Attention to detail and commitment to follow-through.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly collaborative and organized individual capable of working to deadlines.
- Minimum of 1-year experience in a customer-facing role, including making recommendations to customers, supporting the buying process, objection handling, and customer service skills.
- Experience handling high volumes of incoming customer queries across various platforms and channels preferred.
