Industrial Painter / Shot Blaster

The Industrial Painter / Shot Blaster is responsible for preparing and finishing surfaces on various industrial equipment and structures. This role involves shot blasting to remove imperfections and applying protective coatings to ensure durability and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Duties:

• Perform shot blasting on surfaces to prepare for painting
• Mix and apply paints and protective coatings using spray guns and brushes
• Inspect surfaces for defects and ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain painting equipment and keep the work area clean
• Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing tasks

- Previous experience as an Industrial Painter or in a similar role is preferred.

- Knowledge of coating materials and application techniques.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.

- Physical stamina and ability to work in various conditions.

- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
