In-Store HR
Excel Recruitment is delighted to announce we are currently seeking an HR generalist to join our client in South Dublin.
Salary: €30k-€42k
Our client is a rapidly growing and thriving retailer in Ireland. This role would be ideal for a junior HR Administrator or graduate looking to develop their HR abilities and experience with this large retail company.
Your responsibilities of this HR role:
- Carrying out all HR administration duties
- Handling customer complaints and queries
- Handling the store inductions, training, and development of staff in the store
- Management of the probationary process where applicable ensures the health, safety, and welfare at work for all colleagues working in their store
- Managing and governing HR procedures
- Overseeing and ensuring the smooth running of the store in addition to your HR role
- Supporting the Store Manager with the general management of the store, occasionally providing support to operations within the store including opening and closing
Who you are as an HR Professional:
- Notable experience and a proven track record in retail or some customer-faced HR environment are required
- A relevant HR qualification
- Highly organised and proficient with HR principles
- Excellent communication skills and detail orientated
- High level of understanding of employment law within the retail sector,
- Payroll, roster and holiday planning experience is required
