Intermediate Electrical Engineer

We are a leading Building Services Engineering and Sustainability consultancy with offices across Europe. Our Dublin office is seeking an experienced Intermediate Mechanical Engineer to join our expert team. This permanent role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects while benefiting from an excellent package for the right candidate.

About the Role

As an Intermediate Mechanical Engineer at IN2, you will:

• Assist Senior Engineers with design, project management, on-site inspections, technical surveys, and client meetings.


• Play an active role in project delivery, from conception to completion.


• Support the management team in resource planning, budgeting, and reporting.


• Contribute to our mentoring culture by guiding junior engineers in project design and technical solutions.


• Gain mentorship from Senior Engineers to accelerate your professional growth.

What We’re Looking For

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.


• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in mechanical design, ideally in a consultancy environment.


• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Dialux, Amtech, and Microsoft Office (REVIT experience is an advantage).


• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.


• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, architects, and project managers.
