Internal Auditor

Noord Global Recruitment are currently partnering with a global organisation who are looking to hire an experienced Auditor for their Internal Audit team, based in Dublin.

This company operates across Europe, the Americas and Asia‑Pacific, combining long‑established stability with ambitious global growth. As the business continues to expand, internal mobility is strongly encouraged - meaning this role offers a genuine fast‑track pathway into senior finance or operational leadership within a global environment.

The position includes regular travel across Europe, so an EU passport is essential.

Main responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver end‑to‑end internal audits, ensuring work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timelines.
  
• Apply professional accounting, IT and audit principles to assess financial, operational, technological and risk‑related controls across the organisation.
  
• Analyse policies, processes and systems, documenting insights clearly using structured audit methodologies and audit software.
  
• Develop practical, value‑adding recommendations that strengthen controls, improve efficiency and support better risk management.
  
• Maintain open, proactive communication with senior leaders, providing clear updates on progress, emerging issues and key findings.
  
• Build strong, transparent relationships with stakeholders across Head Office, divisional teams and operating companies to support collaboration and continuous improvement.
  
• Liaise with external auditors and relevant agencies as required, ensuring smooth coordination and professional representation of the Group.
  
• Contribute to ad‑hoc reviews, investigations and special projects
  

Requirements:

• Completed ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent
  
• 3+ years of Big 4 audit experience, with exposure to non-financial industries, such as pharmaceuticals, automotive, retail, consumer goods, etc.
  
• Strong communication skills
  
• EU passport
  
• Willingness to travel internationally for work
