    • Support with leave of absence administration such as tracking, compliance, reporting and employee and partner team engagement.
    • Administer benefits finances by handling benefits finances for all international benefit programmes.
  • Partner with International Benefit Managers to enhance employee experience and benefits delivery through special projects. Example activities, to be carried out in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders like payroll, ops and procurement, include:

    • Content and knowledge management
    • Cyclical reporting and audits
    • HRIS set-up and management
  • Be a liaison or bridge between International Benefits and Benefit Ops to fine tune partnership and maximise BenOps model to grow benefits programme delivery and own transition of BenOps roles and responsibilities.

Qualifications

You have:

  • 3+ years experience working in Global Benefits or adjacent teams within HR.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of leave administration, HR operations, and general programme management.
  • Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders as well as competing priorities.
  • The ability to be adaptable and are comfortable with navigating ambiguity and changing needs.

Even better:

  • Experience working in high-tech or professional services (benefits consulting, benefits operations centres); proficiency in one or more of the following languages: French, German, Spanish, and Japanese.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft, Google Suites and Workday.
