Job Description - Investment Manager

We are seeking an experienced Investment Manager to join our Real Estate team. As an Investment Manager, you will be responsible for managing and executing real estate transactions. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 -7 years of experience in the real estate industry.

THE ROLE: 
• Manage and execute real estate transactions
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities
• Develop and maintain relationships with investors, brokers, and other industry professionals
• Prepare investment proposals and presentations
• Monitor and analyze market trends and provide recommendations to senior management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Real Estate
  • Minimum of 5 -7 years of experience in the real estate industry
  • An Accounting qualification is required (ACA, ACCA etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of transaction execution
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
