Job Description - IT Onsite Support Engineer (Dublin, Customer Service, IT, English)

Responsibilities

  • Support and customizing of existing installations in close coordination with our customers
  • Problem analysis and solution for our product, including documentation and administration
  • Multitasking to adapt the work priorities to the needs of the customers
  • Independent implementation of database analyzes and procedures
  • Planning and implementation of software rollouts and updates
  • Close cooperation with product management, development, and other specialist departments

Requirements

  • You have completed IT training or similar and have already gained practical experience
  • You have some years of knowledge of IT support and / or IT service desk and have a good technical and organizational understanding
  • You enjoy working in multinational teams and know how to deal with sensitivity and openness to cultural differences
  • You are fluent in English
  • You are a service-minded and motivated personality with excellent communication skills
