Job Description - Junior Project Manager / Delivery Analyst Senior Associate

The Junior PM / Delivery Analyst is an important role, contributing in a meaningful way to the future of State Street technology.  Collaborating with the Technology Platform, Engineering , and Operations (TPEO) leads and others groups, Global Technology Services (GTS), the Project Manager / Delivery Analyst will provide support that aligns with objectives. In addition, will provide coordination and will help document, track, report on deliverables for key programs and manage small projects / work packages and improvement initiatives.

What you will be responsible for

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for providing support in the planning of program / project initiatives and events across TPEO
  • Support the leadership as needed by documenting and tracking actions, developing materials and internal communications 
  • Support the development of project plans, monitor and track progress for programs, projects, initiatives and events 
  • Support PMO Governance and Tooling, reporting on compliance and assistance with process and tooling enhancement & development
  • Manage the delivery of small projects and work packages in line with PMO governance model
  • Continued growth through internal & external training sources and expansion of business knowledge by attending events and town hall sessions

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Management or Technology 
  • Minimum of 1 years experience / Intern in office management, project management, business analysis, or related area
  • Strong technical aptitude with hands‑on experience improving or automating processes (e.g., advanced Excel, dashboards, scripting, Power BI, JIRA, Power Platform, Python, SQL, or similar tools).
  • Solid project execution fundamentals, able to manage deliverables, timelines, and handoffs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
